Prohibición. Ninguna autoridad podrá establecer o modificar la bonificación pedagógica establecida en el presente Decreto, en concordancia con lo establecido en el Artículo 10 de la Ley 4a de 1992. Cualquier disposición en contrario carecerá de todo efecto y no creará derechos adquiridos.
