º. El artículo 98 del Decreto 2388 de 1979 que dará así: " Artículo 98. Los aportantes del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar deberán acompañar a su declaración de renta, copia de los recibos de consignación de los aportes en las dependencias o en las entidades autorizadas para tal fin por el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar. Para los anteriores efectos; los intereses de mora no serán deducibles.
