Los productos importantes con arreglo al presente Convenio estarán destinados exclusivamente al uso o consumo del país importador, quedando prohibida su reexportación. Sin embargo, en algunos casos los productos pueden ser reexportados por una de las Partes al recibir la autorización previa y escrita de la otra Parte.
