El Tribunal de Etica Optométrica estará integrado por cinco (5) profesionales de la optometría elegidos por el Consejo Técnico Nacional Profesional de Optometría, de una lista de quince (15) candidatos propuestos por la Federación Colombiana de Optómetras, Fedopto, la Asociación Colombiana de Facultades de Optometría, Ascofaop y las demás agremiaciones legalmente reconocidas.

Parágrafo

Para la integración del Tribunal de Etica Optométrica se tendrá en cuenta, en lo posible, que las diferentes especialidades de optometría estén debidamente representadas.
