°. Inhabilidades e Incompatibilidades. De conformidad con el artículo 11 de la Ley 1314 de 2009, a los miembros del Consejo Técnico de la Contaduría Pública les son aplicables, en su totalidad, las inhabilidades, impedimentos, incompatibilidades, reglas para el manejo de conflictos de interés y demás normas consagradas en la Ley 734 de 2002 o demás normas que las adicionen, modifiquen o sustituyan, lo cual deberá publicarse en las convocatorias que se realicen para el efecto.
