Objeto y alcance. El presente capítulo tiene por objeto reglamentar la Ley 2364 de 2024, que reconoce a las mujeres buscadoras como constructoras de paz y sujetos de especial protección constitucional y adopta medidas para el acceso a sus derechos, la prevención de violencias, la sensibilización, la atención y protección integral.
