º El patrimonio de la Universidad Pedagógica de Colombia queda constituido por todos los bienes e inmuebles que actualmente pertenecen a las Escuelas Normales Superiores Universitarias de Tunja y de Bogotá, y por los correspondientes a los institutos y escuelas que por el presente Decreto se crea y anexan. Además por las adquisiciones que la institución haga a cualquier título y por los auxilios que le otorgue cualquier entidad nacional, departamental, municipal o privada.
