Toda Caja de Compensación Familiar, para atender oportunamente las obligaciones a su cargo, constituirá una reserva de fácil liquidez, hasta la cuantía que señale su Consejo Directivo, la cual no podrá exceder del monto de una mensualidad del subsidio familiar reconocido en dinero en el semestre inmediatamente anterior, ni ser inferior al treinta por ciento (30%) de esta suma. Los recursos con que se constituya esta reserva legal procederán de la suma a que hace referencia el numeral 3o. del artículo 43 de la presente Ley. Disminuida o agotada la reserva, volverá a formarse hasta la cuantía señalada.
