° Abonado á los que tengan derecho a recompensa el tanto por ciento en efectivo determinado en el artículo 2°. de este Decreto, sin que hubiere ya pendiente ninguna demanda de recompensa, el sobrante en dinero de la existencia actual en cajas aplicara preferentemente, y a prorrata, si no fuere bastante, á la amortización de los vales representativos de los saldos de recompensas. Una vez cubiertas todas éstas, el remanente se aplicara al pago de los vales provenientes de la devolución del dos por ciento, haciéndose el debido prorrateo cuando llegare el caso.
