Apoderado de la sucursal en Colombia. El apoderado que sea designado como representante legal de la sucursal en Colombia en desarrollo de lo dispuesto en el numeral 3 del artículo 45 B del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero o la norma que lo modifique o sustituya deberá ser residente en el país y contar, por lo menos, con un suplente, que lo reemplazará en sus faltas temporales o permanentes.
