Articulo 23. Siempre que el cargamento de un bongo se halla de acuerdo con la respectiva papeleta, se pondrá la debida constancia al pié de ella; i lo mismo se hará si hubiere alguna diferencia. También se anotarán al pié de los rejistros de que se ha hablado, las diferencias que haya entro ellos i las respectivas papeletas, espresando el resultado de las investigaciones que se hayan hecho en consecuencia.
