La persona designada por ambos contratantes para recibir, no pierde esta facultad por la sola voluntad del acreedor; el cual, sin embargo, puede ser autorizado por el Juez para revocar este encargo, en todos los casos en que el deudor no tenga interés en oponerse a ello.
