Los Jefes de Oficina Seccional ejercerán dentro de su territorio las funciones atribuídas a los Procuradores Regionales, pero actuarán bajo la dirección de éstos. No obstante, las sanciones disciplinarias solo podrán ser impuestas directamente por los Procuradores Regionales.
