El artículo 1045 del Código Civil quedará así:

“Artículo 1045. Primer orden sucesoral - los descendientes. Los descendientes de grado más próximo excluyen a todos los otros herederos y recibirán entre ellos iguales cuotas, sin perjuicio de la porción conyugal”.
