Mujer víctima menor de 18 años de edad . En los casos que se presente violencia contra la mujer menor de 18 años de edad, deberá intervenir el Ministerio Público y el Defensor de Familia, de acuerdo con las competencias otorgadas por la Ley 1098 de 2006.
