VALIDEZ PROFESIONAL DE GRADOS MILITARES. Los grados que el Gobierno Nacional otorgue a los oficiales y suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares, se considerarán títulos profesionales, tecnólogos o técnicos profesionales, según el caso, y por tanto, habilitarán a quienes los posean para el desempeño de funciones públicas en cargos que de acuerdo con las correspondientes disposiciones orgánicas o estatutarias, exijan acreditar el título.
