El Poder Ejecutivo podrá aumentar en las Agencias postales nacionales el número de empleados subalternos que demande el buen servicio público, y suprimir aquellos que juzgue innecesarios. En caso de aumento, fijará por analogía, á los empleados de nueva creación, sueldos iguales á los que esta Ley señala.
