Art. 2.° El Recaudador general, en su calidad de Visitador é Inspector, tendrá las mismas atribuciones de los Visitadores fiscales, y además las que le señale el Poder Ejecutivo, y gozará de viáticos á razón de cuatro pesos ($ 4) por cada miriámetro de distancia que tenga que recorrer.
