Art. 35. Los únicos correos que tendrán en lo sucesivo el carácter de nacionales, serán los que unen la capital de la República con los de los departamentos, y los que actualmente existen entre dichas capitales y ciertos lugares situados en las fronteras marítimas ó terrestres de la República.
