Auxilio de entierro de familiares. El SENA pagará los gastos de entierro del cónyuge, los hijos o los padres de sus empleados o trabajadores, siempre y cuando el fallecido dependiere directa y económicamente del empleado o trabajador. Este pago se hará hasta por una suma equivalente al salario del empleado o trabajador en el mes en que ocurriere el fallecimiento del familiar.
