ARTICULO 2o . Del Objeto Institucional. La Promotora de Vacaciones y Recreación Social, PROSOCIAL, tendrá por objeto principal formular programas, promocionar, fomentar y financiar servicios de recreación y turismo social destinados a proporcionar bienestar social a los servidores públicos aportantes y sus familias, así como a los pensionados del Sector Público, como una necesidad para la salud integral de quien trabaja y produce.
