º . Obligaciones del Banco de la República. El Banco de la República, como agente retenedor del impuesto creado por el artículo 48 de la Ley 546 de 1999, deberá cumplir con las obligaciones de los agentes de retención previstas en el Estatuto Tributario Nacional, en lo que sea compatible con el referido impuesto.
