Los laboratorios de salud pública del orden nacional, departamental o distrital podrán efectuar la venta de servicios a otras entidades públicas, mixtas o privadas, nacionales o extranjeras dentro o fuera del sector de la salud, siempre que no exista interés comercial ni incompatibilidad con la función de inspección, vigilancia y control sanitario. En ningún caso esta actividad podrá realizarse apartándose del objeto establecido en el artículo 3° del presente decreto. CAPITULO VI Control, vigilancia y sanciones
