Artículo único. Apruébase el preinserto contrato con las siguientes modificaciones:

1° El contrato se entenderá celebrado entre el Gobierno y los concesionarios.

2° Los bienes, derechos y acciones que por él adquiere el Departamento de Boyacá pertenecerán a la Nación, excepto la detallada en la cláusula 6° del Artículo 3°.

3° Matéus y Montoya reconocerán en la Nación tales derechos y acciones, como si con ella hubiesen contratado.
