Art. 1.° Las reclamaciones de estranjeros por suministros, empréstitos i espropiaciones procedentes de la guerra de 1876 a 1877, o por daños que en ella se les causaran, que no hayan sido decididas por el Poder Judicial, de conformidad con la lei 67 de 1877, se resolverán administrativamente por el órgano de la Secretaría de lo Interior i Relaciones Esteriores.
