Incumplimiento de términos y sanciones. El oficial o suboficial que sin justa causa dejare de cumplir un traslado dentro de los términos establecidos en el Artículo precedente, incurrirá en falta sancionable por el Comandante de la Unidad o jefe de la repartición que lo recibe. Asimismo, incurrirá en falta disciplinaria igualmente sancionable el Comandante o Jefe de repartición que demore el cumplimiento de un traslado por parte del personal bajo sus órdenes, cuando no mediare causa aceptada por el inmediato superior.
