° El artículo 10 del Decreto 1146 de 1990, quedará así: “Artículo 10. A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, las mercancías de que trata el artículo 1° no podrán ser solicitadas a despacho por declaración anticipada de que trata el artículo 156 del Decreto 2666 de 1984, ni efectuar trámite urgente, ni se permitirá su descarga con destino inmediato a la zona secundaria aduanera, ni Colpuertos permitirá su descarga directa, excepto el descargue directo de productos a granel líquidos que se efectúe del buque a los tanques en tierra”.
