Contabilización de saldos no recaudados . Los saldos no recaudados de rentas reconocidas y contabilizadas al liquidar cada ejercicio fiscal, serán computados en el correspondiente balance del tesoro como un activo disponible hasta por un año y continuarán luego en el balance de la Hacienda como un activo diferido hasta que se obtenga su recaudo. Tales saldos de rentas por recaudar, incorporados en los resultados de un ejercicio fiscal, no podrán figurar como recursos en un nuevo presupuesto.
