Artículo séptimo. El funcionario público que teniendo período fijo para el ejercicio de su cargo y que hubiere sido sancionado al menos tres veces por la Procuraduría General de la Nación, incurrirá en causal de mala conducta. La Procuraduría dará noticia de la imposición de tales sanciones a la entidad o funcionario que hace el nombramiento.
