Art 12. A los deudores con bienes desamortizados, de plazo fijo. Anteriores al 9 de setiembre de 1861, puede consedérseles moratoria por el Poder Ejecutivo hasta por tres años, pagando el interés a que estuvieren obligados, segun sus respectivos documentos.
