El Fondo de Previsión Social del Congreso expedirá bonos pensionales tipo A o B a las personas que se trasladen al Régimen de Ahorro Individual con Solidaridad o al de Prima Media con Prestación Definida administrado por el ISS, según el caso, de conformidad con las reglas vigentes.
