Reforma de estatutos. Los estatutos podrán ser reformados por acuerdo de la Asamblea de Accionistas-Junta Directiva, adoptado en dos debates que habrán de efectuarse en semanas distintas, en ambos debates la reforma deberá ser aprobada por los votos acordes de por lo menos cinco (5) miembros de la Asamblea de Accionistas-Junta Directiva dentro de los cuales debe incluirse el del Ministro de Agricultura o su Delegado. Las reformas así adoptadas deberán ser sometidas a la aprobación del Go bierno Nacional y el Acuerdo correspondiente, llenado este requisito, se protocolizará por el Gerente General de la Caja en una Notaría de Bogotá.
