En los Establecimientos Carcelarios en donde no exista el empleo de Comandante de Custodia y Vigilancia, el Director, por medio de resolución, que será leída a todo el personal de empleados, guardianes y reclusos, investirá de tal carácter al Inspector o al Guardián que juzgue más apto y autorizado para tal cargo.
