Las obras de qué trata el artículo anterior, de las cuales se consideran de suma urgencia las señaladas con las letras a) y b), se ejecutaran, en cuanto fuere posible, en el mismo orden de prelación en que están enunciadas en dicho artículo; se harán en las mismas condiciones en que, por disposición de la ley anterior, está la obra del acueducto de Buenaventura.
