Los contralores de las entidades territoriales tomarán posesión del cargo ante el gobernador del departamento o el alcalde distrital o municipal dentro de la semana siguiente a la posesión del respectivo gobernador o alcalde.

Parágrafo

Las personas que aspiren al cargo de contralor en las entidades territoriales, deberán acreditar ante los organismos que formulen su postulación que reúnen las calidades exigidas.
