Las concesiones hechas por la presente Ley en lo que respecta a la legalización de gastos se refieren únicamente, como queda dicho, al año de 1905. Para la legalización de los gastos hechos por anticipación del 1. De Enero de 1906 en adelante se seguirán observando las disposiciones contenidas en los artículos 242, 243, 244, 245, 246, 247, 248, 249, y 250 del Decreto ejecutivo número 1036 de 1904, reglamentario de la contabilidad de la Hacienda nacional, y en el legislativo número 46bis arriba citado.
