Articulo 135 . Una vez agotados los procedimientos establecidos por el artículo 77 de este Decreto se procederá al cobro por jurisdicción coactiva por parte de los funcionarios competentes según la ley y en la forma ordenada por el Código de Procedimiento Civil Colombiano. SECCION II Paz y salvo.
