De los usuarios del servicio de telefonía móvil celular. Para efectos de la defensa de los usuarios y/o suscriptores del servicio de telefonía móvil celular, que tendrá lugar ante la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, la solicitud, trámite y respuesta de sus peticiones, quejas y reclamos se sujetarán a lo dispuesto en el Título VIII, Capítulo VII de la Ley 142 de 1994 y las normas que lo modifiquen o adicionen.
