Para facilitar el ejercicio de la vigilancia administrativa, a nombre del Presidente de la República, de conformidad con lo previsto en el Artículo 1º del Decreto legislativo numero 2448 de 1953, el personal de la Sección de Ejecución del Presupuesto del Ministerio de Agricultura será nombrado siguiendo el procedimiento señalado en el Artículo 72 del Decreto legislativo numero 164 de 1950.
