Ajustes Presupuestales y Contables . El Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público efectuará los ajustes presupuestales a que haya lugar, conforme a lo dispuesto en el Estatuto Orgánico del Presupuesto Nacional. Así mismo los ajustes contables se harán de acuerdo con lo establecido por la Contaduría General de la Nación y por las disposiciones legales vigentes.
