En toda construcción de sistemas de suministro de agua, además del cumplimiento de las normas del presente decreto y las disposiciones especiales que dicte el ministerio de salud, deberá garantizarse que su administración estará a cargo de una entidad que asuma la responsabilidad de su operación y mantenimiento.
