ARTICULO 80 . CONCESIÓN DEL RECURSO DE APELACIÓN. Contra el auto que niega la totalidad de pruebas en la investigación disciplinaria, el recurso de apelación se concederá en el efecto suspensivo; si la negativa es parcial se concederá en el efecto devolutivo. El fallo de primera instancia es apelable en el efecto suspensivo. En el proceso disciplinario el investigado es sujeto procesal, pero aún existiendo pluralidad de disciplinados habrá lugar a la figura del apelante único, excepto que el objeto de la apelación sea diferente.
