Las mercancías a que se refiere el inciso 1º del artículo anterior están exentas de tributos aduaneros, no podrán comercializarse y no podrán superar dos (2) unidades de electrodomésticos, ni seis (6) unidades de otros bienes, éstas no podrán transportarse como equipaje no acompañado, ni darán derecho a descontar el IVA pagado.
