º. De la aplicación de las equivalencias. Los organismos públicos a quienes se aplica el presente decreto procederán a efectuar los cambios en la primera nómina de pago siguiente a su vigencia, con estricta sujeción a las equivalencias establecidas en el artículo 3º de este decreto.
