A. RETIRO POR NO SUPERAR LA VALIDACIÓN DE COMPETENCIAS. El personal de oficiales, nivel ejecutivo; suboficiales y agentes que sea objeto del proceso de validación de competencias dispuesto por la Policía Nacional y lo pierda en dos (2) oportunidades consecutivas, será retirado del servicio activo mediante acto administrativo suscrito por el Gobierno Nacional para el caso de .oficiales o el Director General de la Policía Nacional para las demás categorías.
