Parágrafo

al artículo 1 º del Decreto 211 de 2004 el cual quedará así: "

Organización Regional. El Director General, previa autorización del Consejo Directivo del Invima, podrá crear y conformar Grupos de Trabajo en el territorio nacional determinando su sede y jurisdicción, para el desarrollo de los planes programas y proyectos institucionales, atendiendo la racionalización de los recursos y de acuerdo con las necesidades del servicio".
