Importación de mercancías usadas. La importación de mercancías usadas clasificadas en las subpartidas mencionadas en el artículo 2.2.6.1., del presente Título estará sujeta al régimen de licencia previa en los términos del Decreto 925 de 2013, o la norma que lo compile, modifique o sustituya.
