Contratos En Trámite

Ley 1 de 1991 · LEY 1 DE 1991, 10/01/1991, por la cual se expide el estatuto de Puertos Marítimos y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Autorízase a la Empresa Puertos de Colombia a continuar con los trámites contractuales que se hubiesen iniciado antes de la publicación de esta Ley, y a perfeccionar y ejecutar los contratos que resulten de ellos. Si los contratos no alcanzaren a ejecutarse y liquidarse durante la liquidación de la empresa, o si quedare un litigio pendiente, se acordará con el contratista, y se dispondrá lo necesario, para que la Nación, o una sociedad portuaria oficial, sustituyan a Puertos de Colombia en sus derechos y obligaciones.
