El Código de Procedimiento Penal tendrá un artículo con el número 369I, del siguiente tenor:

Artículo 369I. REUNIONES PREVIAS. En cualquiera de las etapas procesales podrá la Fiscalía General de la Nación celebrar reuniones con los colaboradores, cuando no exista orden de captura contra los mismos, o, en caso contrario con sus apoderados legalmente constituidos, para determinar la procedencia de los beneficios.
