Artículo 3° Condónase también al señor Clemente Zuloaga la cantidad de noventa y tres pesos sesenta y dos centavos ($ 93 62), que le fue sustraída de la Recaudación de Hacienda de Sopetran y a que ascienden los alcances que a su cargo y a favor del Tesoro Nacional le dedujo el Administrador de Hacienda Nación en Medellín, al fenecer, las cuentas de dicha Recaudación,

Correspondiente a junio y julio de 1917, en lo relativo al ramo de papel sellado y timbre nacional.
